Many thanks to everyone who took part in our recent survey about the ‘Lasting Difference’ resource. We received 40 thoughtful responses that are already starting to shape how we develop the resource in future.
We’re delighted to say Kindred Scotland were the deserved winners of the free day’s consultancy support. If you missed out, you can explore more ideas and options here.
Here’s what people are telling us:
Most people reported finding the resource very easy to use, whether alone or, more commonly, with colleagues. Staff and Board development sessions are the most popular way of using it. 25 of the 40 respondents have already developed new organisational plans in this way – 9 sustainability plans, 9 work plans and 7 organisational strategies.
It’s really pleasing to see that most people develop a holistic sustainability plan, rather than creating separate plans for (e.g.) income generation, evaluation or communications. This affirms our view of the best way to take action on sustainability.
23 people felt the whole guide is useful, though the self-assessment was the single most popular section.
When it comes to developments for the future…well, you’ll have to wait and see! For now, it’s fair to say that we’ve got a few exciting ideas in the pipeline. Contact us if you’d like to know more, or watch this space for more developments as they emerge.
