Lasting Leadership launched!
The new guide to sustainable leadership was launched in February, getting a great reception from our 100 Gathering guests. Lasting Leadership introduces simple principles and in-depth practices to support succession planning, lateral leadership, self-care,young leaders and equalities.
‘So pleased to see this in print, challenging questions in an easy form. Get your hands on a copy.’
Coronavirus and contingency planning
We originally wrote this succession planning template as a workshop resource (see below). But it also provides practical help with emergency and contingency planning, which many organisations will be working on urgently. We’re making it available here first for subscribers and ACOSVO members. Help yourself by using the button above or contact us for a copy.
Having helped launch the new guide, and with a range of services embodying sustainable leadership, ACOSVO are partnering us to provide a special series of half-day masterclasses on each of the four leadership capabilities. There’s a 15% discount for booking all four. Information and bookings
