Who we are

We are a small, independent training company specialising in mental health and wellbeing.

What we do

We design and deliver training for the public and voluntary sectors and have particular experience in employment, education, housing support and people support. Our belief is in providing unique opportunities for people to broaden their skills and deepen their understanding. Our events are designed to be inspiring, stretching, enabling and motivating.

Why we do it

In 2005 our training director, Graeme Reekie, realised there was a need for training that demystifies a complex subject and helps people to explore their own practice and beliefs.

"I had already worked in mental health and education for four years, with many years experience in disability, employment and training. But one day my personnel department contacted me to say I had to dismiss a member of staff who had been diagnosed with ‘psychosis’. For half a second I thought, ‘Maybe they’re right’. That half second changed my life. I realised how deep stigma goes and resolved to do something about it."

Since setting up ‘Wren and Greyhound’, hundreds of people have been inspired by our uniquely accessible approach. See our testimonial section for more inspiration.
